Carol Ann (Cole) Hug - Holds a Bachlor of Arts Degree from The University of Texas. She started her career briefly in education and then moved on to the business world before getting a Doctor of Jurisprudence from South Texas College of Law. She is a licensed Attorney in the State of Texas.

Both she and her husband, James live in Houston, Texas.

Except for a short (6 year) period when she lived in Charlotte, North Carolina; Houston has been her home town all her adult life. She has seen the city grow at least 10 times during this period. Houston's weather is sub-tropical with mild winters and warm summers. One of the disappointments with living in Houston is that it only has two seasons, hot humid summer and mild winter.
